On the desktop (laptop included) we suggest giving the web based system a try. This will allow you to have all the latest options available to you wherever you are. Simply open a web browser and login. This will also give you access to all the online versions of Office.
Outlook Desktop – If you are a fan of Outlook then you are in luck.. Office365 is the perfect companion to your Outlook desktop client. Both Mac and PC versions work quite well with Outlook and are easy to setup.
Mac Mail – Another client that will give you access to your Office365 email. This is the built in client for the mac and an client that gives you smooth access to your mail.
Windows Mail – A new mail client in Windows 10 this is the PC version of the build in mail client. We have been testing this client for a few months now and can report that things work smoothly. This will integrate well with Office365.
Thunderbird – For those looking for a more old school experience thunderbird may be the client for you. This give you all of the new school features with more of an old school look and feel. Don’t misunderstand this is a modern email client that while once shelved has not come back into development.
On your phone we feel that Outlook is going to be your best solution to get Office365 integrated. This is not to say that iOS mail and Google Gmail will not work as well but Outlook will be your all in one solution giving you access to your calendar and all your Office365 accounts in one place.
